Ingredients

Ingredients: magnesium carbonate, hop cone extract, California sage herb extract, ashwagandha root extract (standardized to 7% withanolides), l-theanine, lemon balm leaf extract, passion fruit extract ( passion fruit), magnesium oxide, beef gelatin, potato starch, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), melatonin. The content of ingredients characterizing the product in the recommended daily dose (2 capsules):

melatonin – 1 mg;
ashwagandha root extract (DER 35:1) – 83 mg;
California rosemary herb extract (DER 4:1) – 100 mg
hop cones extract (DER 4:1) – 120 mg;
passion flower extract (DER 4:1) – 50 mg;
lemon balm leaf extract (DER 4:1) – 37.5 mg;
magnesium – 56.25 mg;
vitamin B6 – 1.4 mg;

Storage

How to use
